This Return Policy applies to digital eating guide bundles and paid studio sessions offered by Recoverushineul.

Digital guides

If a guide file is defective or inaccessible after purchase, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. Change-of-mind requests may be considered within 7 days if the guide has not been downloaded.

Studio sessions

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session receive a full credit or refund. Later cancellations may incur an administrative fee. We may reschedule due to safety or staffing needs with reasonable notice.

How to request a return

Email assist@recoverushineul.world with your order reference and reason. We respond within 5 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
